This session will include educational tools to use in a mainstreamed classroom that has students with high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Examples of skills-based activities will be included to enhance learning for students with ASD and their neurotypical peers. Participants will also receive a list of resources for themselves, parents, and students with ASD. Objectives:
1. discuss and share a variety of ideas to differentiate instruction in an SBHE classroom for students with ASD. 2. be provided with examples of skills-based activities for sexuality education.
3. leave with a list of resources to give parents of children with ASD.
